A Tuscan T-bone Steak being served in a
Florence restaurant..     


- Olive oil
- Fresh parsley
- 1/2 tbsp. balsamic or red wine vinegar
- Salt and fresh pepper
- 1 tsp. minced fresh rosemary
- Garlic cloves, minced
- Large 1 inch thick T-bone steaks

Blend the ingredients and marinate on the steaks for at least 1 hour. Prepare the barbecue (medium-high heat). Drain steaks and sprinkle with salt. Place the steaks on the grill and cook for about 4 minutes per side for medium-rare. Serve immediately with a fine Italian wine.
